How do I pay for my cleaning service?
You can pay for your cleaning service using one of the following options available: Credit Card, ACH, check, zelle, Venmo*, or Cash.

Are the professional cleaning teams trained and supervised?
Forthouseco is a certificated company and provide for all their team members an accurate training to guarantee the best performance during the service. Each team has a team leader who is high capable and responsible to maintain the members updated about all new practices and cleaning products launched.
Will I always have the same cleaning team?
Fort House Co. is committed to assigning the same cleaning team to repeat customers whenever possible. We are always attentive to the best market practices to hire a good professional and offer a good package that includes fair remuneration, safety and a good work environment. Occasionally there may be a change of team member due to illness, vacation and personnel changes.
What would be the procedure in case my team is late?
Due to results and situations that may occur during the day, whether on the road, or some setback with the client scheduled at the time prior to your appointment, unforeseen events may happen. Therefore, delays or anticipations of up to 10 minutes are understandable. If the unforeseen event goes beyond 10 minutes of the scheduled time, don’t worry, our reservations department will contact you and check your availability. The customer is our priority and will always be updated.
Is your cleaning service guaranteed?
Yes, and we guarantee all our work with the commitment that the customer will be 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please call us within 24 hours and our team will return to your home and we will re-clean that area at no charge.
How can I cancel or reschedule a reservation?
